Facilities
Knitting
Our advanced knitting machinery is configured to produce a wide range of fabric types, including plain, cross, and textured varieties. Our versatile facility enables us to create diverse fabrics to meet your specific needs.
Weaving
We operate 55 Sulzer looms producing fabric from 150cm to 380cm in width, with sizing and warping facilities. Our daily output is about 12,000 meters, covering a range of constructions and widths to meet diverse needs.
Dyeing
We operate in-house fabric dyeing and garment wash facilities, supported by a team of skilled professionals trained to meet our customers’ specific standards and requirements.
Cutting
We are equipped with an auto spreader and fabric-cutting tables. Additionally, the company is planning to incorporate new-technology auto cutters. Our cutting capacity exceeds 300,000 pieces per month.
Pressing
The pressing process is crucial for finishing garments, and our capacity allows us to handle around 300,000 pieces per month.
Packing
Packaging is the final step before shipping the goods. Our highly trained packing team can meet all customer requirements with a capacity exceeding 300,000 pieces per month.
